We use resin products from Altro to create tough, durable & great looking resin flooring solutions. An Altro epoxy or polyurethane resin system is suitable for locations such as public areas through to manufacturing plants requiring heavy duty surfaces.

A re-coat is used where and epoxy floor already exists and an update or re-surface is required.
Two coat system
TWO COAT SYSTEM
A two coat system involves preparation of the surface by diamond grinding or shot blasting. A coloured epoxy resin layer is then applied, the floor is then repaired where necessary, and then a final epoxy resin layer applied to finish.
Three coat system
THREE COAT SYSTEM
A three coat system involves preparation of the surface by diamond grinding or shot blasting. A primer layer is then applied & the floor is then repaired where it may be necessary. A coloured resin coat is then applied, followed by a top resin layer to finish.
Water Based Epoxy Resin Flooring Systems
Our water based systems are similar to epoxy, but are water based. We use Remmers Epoxy BS 4000 – a water-based, pigmented levelling layer and base coat.

Multi Layered Flooring utlising Ardex K80
Multi-layer flooring systems provide multiple layers of floor coating allowing each layer to contain an aggregate or decorative compound, and topped with an epoxy resin layer to provide a hard wearing and slip resistant finish.
In contrast to a flow applied system which may only contain one colour, a multi-layer flooring system is often used to provide a highly decorative finish. This could be a flake type system or a coloured quartz aggregate system.
In industrial and commercial environments, this type of floor finish is ideal for areas such as reception areas or showrooms, and anywhere there might be a need to include corporate logos or other designs as part of the floor.
Ardex K80

Description:
ARDEX K 80 is a cement-based compound used to resurface and level concrete floors giving a flat, hard wearing & smooth surface.
We use it to provide a base layer ready to add our paint or epoxy resin coatings.
